FAQs & Aftercare

Eyelash extensions do not cause damage when applied and removed correctly. Only fine, lightweight lashes are applied to your natural lash to prevent damage. Following the correct aftercare will play a big part in the health of your eyelash extensions and how long they will last.

Infills should be done every 2-3 weeks and should have atleast 50-40% of lashes remaining. Anything under 40% will be charged as a full set. If you are unsure, feel free to send me a message before hand, otherwise bring the full amount.

Eyelash extensions last between 3-6 weeks, however you will need an infill between the 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.

A patch test is not required, however if you have any concerns or have had a previous reaction please feel free to contact me and I can answer your questions regarding your concerns or we can arrange a patch test.

All full sets take between 1.5 – 2 hours. All infills take between 1 – 1:20 hours.

I do not infill on other lash techs work. If you turn up to your appointment with extensions on that are not done by me you will be offered a removal with a charge before applying a new set or you will be turned away.  Please make sure all eyelashes are removed before hand, unless its from a set done by me.

You will need to pay a deposit online and pay the remainder in CASH only at your appointment.

Avoid oily products, sleeping on your lashes, tugging/pulling and brush them regularly. You can also give them a light wash using an oil free shampoo or us micellar water gently along your lash line to get rid of dirt and build up.
