Terms and conditions 

Please read through our Terms and conditions before booking and purchasing our products to ensure you understand our policy for each of our services.
Booking policies
  • All eyelash appointments require a £15 non-refundable deposit.
 You must give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling the day of your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit and you will need to book a new appointment.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Lateness effects myself and my clients, always plan your journey ahead of time and aim to get to your appointment 10 minutes early.
  • Rescheduling your appointment more than once will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
  • If you do not request a patch test prior to your appointment any reaction that takes place is not Silk Beauty Londons responsibility. If you would like to do a patch test, we do offer them on our service list.
  • 
Late fees always apply so please leave early to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. Please take out cash and pay for parking before your appointment start time. No-shows will be required to pay a £20 fee before rebooking.

Returns/Exchanges
All customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return their item. Please note, all items must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer exchanges so you will need to repurchase your desired item. SilkbeautyLondon are not responsible for any return shipping charges.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ensure all packages are delivered in time. However,  unforeseen circumstances can arise which may cause delays that unfortunately are out of our control. In this circumstance you will need to contact Royal Mail. To avoid any inconvenience this may cause we always recommend ordering in advance. Please note, when shipping internationally we are not responsible for any customs delay that may take place.
Missing items
In the event that you do not receive your goods, you will need to email us your order number so that we can confirm the departure of your package from our premises. We will then provide you with the tracking number of your order so that you can contact Royal Mail. Unfortunately after your packages leave our possession it is no longer our responsibility, however we do our best to see this matter gets resolved promptly.
Complaints or Damaged goods
In the case you have a complaint about a product email info@silkbeautylondon.com. Please make sure to include multiple photos of the damage and proof of purchase.
Silk Beauty Academy Policy

Training deposits are non-refundable. However, If for any reason you are unable to attend your training dates you must contact us no later than 14 days prior via email to reschedule. Please note, notifying us later than the 14 day period will result in an additional fee.

You should aim to arrive 15 minutes early. Please leave enough time to find the shop and pay for parking before the start of your training.

The deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your chosen training dates. The remaining balance must paid 7 days prior to your practical training. We do not accept cash payments.

Working hours

My working hours can be found on the online booking system. Please see the out of hour time and fees below.

Full sets booked after 5:45pm are charged at an additional £10.

Any full set booked with an additional treatment, e.g. Removal after 5:30pm will be charged an additional £10.

Appointments between 7am-10am are at an additional £15 out of hour fee (Contact directly to book)

Appointments booked from 6pm onwards are at an additional £10 out of hour fee (Book online)

Appointments booked from 6:30pm will be charged an additional £15 out of hour fee (Contact directly to book)

Bank holidays- additional £10

Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays are not within my working hours however can be booked at an additional fee of £20 for any service. Contact number 07518951159.
